Following are the ABCRS Prerequisites

1. ABCRS can only work from the “Internet Explorer 11” web browser (included in Windows 10). You can check your Internet Explorer version under the Help Menu – About Internet Explorer. If you are a “Mac User”, getting to Internet Explorer (rather than Safari) is an extra step. If you need assistance accessing Internet Explorer through your home device, please work with your department IT staff. The ABCRS web address is: https://abcrs.resources.ca.gov/ (If you see a blank screen when you get to the ABCRS home screen it is likely that you don’t have Microsoft Silverlight loaded on your computer. See #2 below.)

2. Your workstation must have Microsoft Silverlight installed. You can determine if you already have it installed, or download it, by clicking here: https://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/
